Refund and Return Policy
1. No Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, ENTCOR, Inc. does not offer refunds for any services rendered. Once services have been initiated or delivered, all payments are final. This policy applies to all managed services, consultations, and support agreements.
2. Service Cancellations
Clients may cancel ongoing service agreements in accordance with the terms set forth in the service contract. Any cancellations made mid-term will not qualify for a refund for services already provided or in-progress.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to contact us directly to address and resolve any concerns. We are committed to working with you to ensure you receive the level of service outlined in your agreement.
4. Modification of Services
We reserve the right to modify the scope of services or terms of service agreements in mutual agreement with the client. Any changes in services or contract terms do not entitle the client to a refund of previous payments.
